Experts know best!
What the Experts know
After reading up on the views of experts that view Business Plans there is quite a few pointers that I intend to incorporate into my very own business plan. With that said Susan Ward who writes for About.com explained that when you are creating a business plan you should already know what type of investor it is that you are trying to reach. Her statement made me think about my own business plan from the outside looking in posing as an investor. What exactly is it that I want this investor to notice and clearly stats what it is that I am looking for from them.
The business plan for MoSneaks needed a little revising a bit to show the investor or financial institution how they can benefit and gain from this investment. With the inclusion of the company logo and the slogan “My Culture, Obsession & Need” showing the investor what we are about stands out visually and of spoken word

Other views that I read upon were that of Business moguls Donald trump and Oprah Winfrey both of whom are very successful in what it is that they do. Trump’s view similar to Susan’s was without a plan you basically have nothing. Yes an idea is great but without that idea in a form of explanation it is worthless. I use to be in that frame of mind coming up with ideas and looking to see if I could shop it around to but no luck with no plan just an idea.
Oprah, has the same views as Trump but more of an explanation that with having a business plan helps you see and experience what works and what does not work for your business. Everything is not going to be perfect when you initially start, it all takes time to master and make the best of things for your business. The most important section of my business plan that I consider to be relevant to an investor is the marketing and strategy section as well as the company description. These sections explain it all as to what the business is about and how we plan to get known in the industry and stay a brand.
